Review # 1 was written on 2019-12-31 00:00:00 Dane Carroll If, like me, you're more familiar with Colorado water law than either Eastern, Californian, or Hawaiian water law (you are probably not like this) and enjoy dealing with concepts like appurtenancy (you are definitely not like this) then you will enjoy this overview of the other regimes and find it refreshing (pun).
