Review # 1 was written on 2017-12-24 00:00:00 Michael Bombara There are few authors that I love more than I love Jesse Stuart. I have loved him fiercely since childhood, and there is nothing he has written that I will not read. His poetry is beautiful, and Kentucky is My Land is by far the best poem in this collection of stand outs. The way he writes about Kentucky (his home as well as mine) just breaks my heart in the best way possible.
