Review # 2 was written on 2021-04-24 00:00:00 Laura Mctaggart Practical and to the point. Lots of actionable materials that can be adapted to your business. It has not lost any of its relevance despite being already more than 20 years old. I was sometimes a bit put off by the pseudo-cool words (internet = "the 'net", etc.) until I remembered that this book is from 1999, when it the internet was still something new to me.
