Review # 1 was written on 2019-10-23 00:00:00 Anca Joe مئة نصيحة عملية في السعادة، جميل جدا هذا الكتاب ويقدم مفهوم سامي للسعادة اسعد الاخرين، كن مع عائلتك واصدقائك، لا تحقد ولاتحسد، اقنع وارضى ، آمن بالله واعبده وسلم له في قضائه، كن خلوقا ، اجعل العالم افضل في النهاية نعرف ان درب السعادة هو ان تكون شخصا طيبا تشع الخير والحب للجميع، ان السعادة في نظري هي شعور روحاني عميق وليس شعور مادي، ولذلك فاولئك الباحثين عن السعادة يبحثون ببساطة على السبيل لأن يطهروا ذواتهم من الحقد والحسد والغضب وأن يكونوا حمامة سلام بين عوائلهم واصدقائهم وجيرانهم، وان يؤمنوا ويسلموا لله مقاديره ويرضوا بما قسمه لهم من خير وضر.

It is a bathroom book type format of quick 1-2 page chapters that offer keys to great relationships, with an idea like "Never let faults stand for the whole" where David Niven backs up his position with a statistic from relationship research, in this case: relationships that make it focus 5x on the positive than on the negative traits in their partner. I've noticed a common thread among these chapters is on "ATTITUDE" over the problem. In other words, it is the spirit of our attitude with each other that determines our happiness - and how long we will last together - more than the problems, concerns, and trials of the relationship.
