The average rating for My buddy, the King based on 2 reviews is 4 stars.
Review # 1 was written on 2017-02-07 00:00:00 Antonia Hauck Like if Richie Rich was a foreigner and Scooby Doo's squad were the city kids he tries being part of. The resolution gives far too much credit to these whiz kids Bill Brittain keeps concocting, and although I think this is one of the few books not based in fantasy or anything fantastical like that, written by Brittain, it comes off just as unbelievable, hence less entertaining. Good for when you're young and self-important. |
Review # 2 was written on 2008-04-08 00:00:00 Margaret Kyle Funny!!!!!!!!!!Exciting!!!!!!!!!!! I rated with an A. The boy named Tom became a secret agent after saving the King. Over the weekend he almost gets killed. And has figured out the plot to save the king, which is now his friend. |
