I learned some great tips such as how to work with strawberries--a notoriously watery fruit--in muffins. Additionally, I learned the concept of "refrigerator muffins"; one can leave this dough in the frig for weeks and bake muffins as needed. If you are in a rut with your muffin-baking, this is your book! Savory and sweet muffins alike....

But for all their bragging about testing lots of different muffin recipes, most of them make more than 12. What do you do with leftover batter for 2 muffins? You'd think they could get the recipes adjusted to consistently make 12 muffins. - thus 3 stars.
