It gives you specific points of making a business plan and how to achieve different objectives such as getting an investor interested in your business or product. The book explains how to talk to investors and common mistakes people make when making a business.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-09-30 00:00:00 Fred Kurtzer I don't have much time to spend on business planning but i need to skim over a few books as soon as possible. So, I skimmed over this book. It has a very basic example. This is the plus of the book. However, i feel that they don't discuss more advanced topics related to business planning. Instead they seem to discuss topics unrelated to business planning (though they might be very useful) like the things that needed to do after the initial business plan is written. In overall, i liked the book. It is useful but obviously not a complete treatment of the topic.
