Per my 2nd graders.: I liked it because it was funny how the characters looked. I like it because it was fun. I liked it because it was unusual.

SBC Summer 20 text. This book is about an iguana called Private I searching for a chameleon who ran away called 'Leon'. But as chameleons change colour the iguana doesn't know what colour the chameleon changed too before he left making the search harder for Private I the iguana. One day Private I goes into a bar and sits down to eat where a group appear performing on stage with the main singer called 'Chamel'. Because private I is so stunned by the singing he goes to get an autograph but seems to suspect something about 'Chamel'. He notices that Chamel is in fact Leon and asks why Leon decided to disguise. Leon said he ran away because he thought he was boring. This book explores the theme of mystery and involves clues for the reader to suspect such as seeing chameleons in disguise and changing colour.
