Review # 1 was written on 2015-05-10 00:00:00 Mark Gall No problems with the book really. It doesn't stand out in any way from other algebra books I've used. Nor do I find it lacking in any way. Just a middle of the road okay algebra book.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-09-10 00:00:00 Jenna Addamsly Some redundancy, possibly due to editing oversights. A wealth of ideas for approaching problems from diverse areas of the field. Some of the group ideas may not be the best depending on what type of group you have and how much physical contact is allowed. Seems to jump from idea to idea without much introduction. Worth a skim, probably good as a reference.
