I like Pilates, I think it's swell, I'm all for core strength but is there anything more silly looking than a room full of grown ups doing "the hundred"? And some times you just want to bust out and sing the theme song to The Greatest American Hero but when you're in a room full of people it's kind of hard. I mean you can try and be discreet but after a few times of rolling over to your buddies mat to make that really important joke, you're bound to be noticed. So best to have this handy book and bust out the pilates moves at home or at least buy the book and let it's illustrations remind you daily of what you will never look like. |
