Review # 2 was written on 2014-01-29 00:00:00 Thomas Potvin I read this on a plane, it was an easy read. Lots of interesting advice and reassurance that this anti-inflammatory dietary plan can relieve the pain of arthritis. I guess the only way of knowing is to actually try the plan, so I can make no recommendation at this stage. But it was helpful to read and understand more, and imbibe some principles to influence my choices.
