This is my translation; the original work was written in French, entitled "L'empire des énergivores menace la planète." Pierre Chomat is one of those original, visionary thinkers who should be more prominent in our society and the world, for it is they who provide the perspective that enables us to see with clarity where we are versus where we need and want to be. I would recommend this book to lay people and people in the energy industry alike.
