An interesting photographic history of shipbuilding on the Clyde which together with the text gives the reader a basic insight in to the shipbuilding industry and a brief history of the main ship yards. A good read! ;-)

I fundamentally disagree that burnout is limited to the job. Burnout is a condition that impacts people in their personal lives as well as in their jobs, no matter what definition the World Health Organization has adopted (for political or structural reasons). However, Overcoming Job Burnout doesn't say that burnout can only occur in a job context, it's just the context that Beverly Potter is talking about. Read more
