Review # 1 was written on 2019-09-15 00:00:00 Michael Bennigan I picked this up in a secondhand store and was immediately intrigued since an old roommate of mine who was from Vietnam used to practice qigong. It has some recommended qigong exercises to manipulate your chi and affect your organs... I have only given it a light flip-through so far but it is interesting!
