Review # 1 was written on 2013-04-11 00:00:00 Scott Bykerk If you are interested in the Yoga Sutras by Patanjali but find them extremely difficult to understand - as I do, then this is a good book for you. The author is clear, simple, and direct in her explanations of what the Yoga Sutras mean, based on her own personal experience. I find her to be deeply sincere and 100% authentic, and very likeable.
