A good overview of Krav Maga, the Israeli Army's street fighting method. Contains beginner to advanced workouts. I'm updating my review of this book as I've looked at several other Krav Maga books and found them to be either too advanced or too specific, i.e., I don't need to know how to disarm a knife carrying attacker on an airplane. (Although I'm sure my fellow passengers would be thrilled if I did should the situation arise.) These exercise routines contain a little bit of everything - yoga, kettle bell, stretching, boxing, martial arts, medicine ball, plyometrics and, um, more. If you aren't lying on the floor gasping for breath after you finish the first workout proceed directly to a Krav Maga training center for advanced instruction. You can't help but get into great shape with these routines.

Useful research Must share this one with friends, it was great for my training and had good explanations that I really enjoyed.
