Review # 1 was written on 2011-12-17 00:00:00 Jesus Pedraza Yage A simple guide to evaluating what you want and how to get there. An extremely quick read. Definitely about how dealing with clutter is an internal process and eventually the environment will follow. The analogy of a vase "full" of rocks, but there's still room for sand and later water was helpful to me. Start with the big stuff, figure out what I want and how to get there, and worry about the small stuff later. |
Review # 2 was written on 2013-01-04 00:00:00 Michael Flynn This is a short overview written by someone who interviewed organizational experts and self-help authors. There are a lot of pages devoted to getting and staying motivated, and the tips (sort your stuff, get rid of a lot of it, put the rest in containers) follow the same pattern as every other book I've looked over. It's a fast read that would probably be a good place to start for anyone who's curious about the types of advice they're likely to find in other, longer organizing books. |
