Comfort Touch, Massage for the Elderly and the Ill by Mary Kathleen Rose is written for Massage Therapists and caregivers. This is a helpful text, full of basic massage protocols presented to provide the best treatments for the elderly or infirm (which applies to all of us as who hasn't had an illness of injury in their life?). It also suggests self-care for the caregiver. Each chapter includes recommendations of books, websites and dvds for further learning on each topics. I recommend this book to professional massage therapists and those providing care to the aged or infirm.

Very quick read briefly talking about how reflexology benefits and technique for proper reflexology. I would have liked to have learned more, but considering it only took a few hours to read, I can't really complain. It does have a nice chart of the reflexology points on the feet - but nothing for the hands.
