This is very helpful in conjunction with other books to round out important aspects of the herbs you are studying. Only one frustration is that the glossary is incomplete. For example, just to list a few aromatic, antiviral, and adaptogen are missing, and due to the nature of the glossary they should have been included. Also, under Alterative it says, "See blood purifier," however, blood purifier is not listed in the glossary. |
