Review # 1 was written on 2012-06-04 00:00:00 Lee Kaplan This is one of those collection of plays I always find myself going back to and each time I pick it up I find another gem I did not encounter on my last read. |
Review # 2 was written on 2012-09-19 00:00:00 Jason Goodman Wow. I learned so much from this book, such as "Don't get mad at somebody who knows more than you do; it ain't their fault." or "Never grumble. It makes you about as welcome as a sidewinder in a cow camp." But my personal favorite was, "A woman's heart is like a campfire. If you don't tend to it regular, you'll soon lose it." Truer cowboy wisdom has never been spoken. Thanks Mike Neumann, for educating me on the ways of the range. Wait, have you ever *been* on a range? ;) |
