Entries are primarily artist biographies and national traditions, with some specific topics (e.g., Jesuit Order, retable, vernacular architecture, women and art history), and some cities (e.g. Camaguey, Havana, Montevideo, Puebla, Querétaro, Quito...) but not others (none in Puerto Rico get a separate entry, for example). Considering the range in both time and geography, a reasonably impressive work for orienting in the region. |
