Interesting attempt to think of religion and theology through the lens of neuroscience. Bowker has an impressive grasp of many other fields, as well, and he ties them all together. It's one of the most interdisciplinary books I've read. The end would have been better with more specifics, though--I'm still trying to figure out what the implications are for all of this. Perhaps some of them are spelled out in some of his other books.

Outstanding profound summary of the interaction between science and religion Hans Küng examines different aspects of the interaction between science and religion in the basis of a western Christian worldview without fanatic positions. Complex reading for layman as myself but very enriching for the mind!
