Review # 2 was written on 2017-03-23 00:00:00 Scott Simmons I did not read this cover to cover, but the chapters I did read were very informative and not too dry. It seems like a useful reference guide for human resources questions that new managers might have. Since I plan to go into management in the next year or so I intend to keep this textbook for quick advice on legalities and considerations when writing up an employee improvement plan, what to do if employees form a union and how to frame negotiations.
