Review # 1 was written on 2015-05-07 00:00:00 Christian Goetz this is great book for anyone interested in colouring clay. It gives a good selection of ceramic artists to give you an idea how the process works.You still of course have to do your own experiments to see what works for you.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-06-05 00:00:00 Paul Nunnally I loved this book. I liked how he related the forms of pottery to other natural forms like a bell pepper, the human body, and so on. I connected with what he says about clay and using it in a way that retains it's plasticity and vigor, his appreciation for Shoji Hamada's work and the Zen of it all. Making pottery on the kick wheel has been very meditative and healing for me and he also speaks of this.
