Review # 1 was written on 2011-03-27 00:00:00 Tran Eldridge The majority of these recipes are easy, extremely quick, full of flavor and really good! I came up with a whole week's worth of meals out of this book alone.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-12-29 00:00:00 Christopher Davis I think the author missed the mark on this book. When I use my slow cooker, I really want recipes that I can put in the pot and then come back 4-6-8 hours later to a cooked meal and a single wash up. Not recipes that call for me to cook the meal and then put it in the pot for a little finishing -- with numerous skillets, pots and bowls to clean up. Not to mention significant prep time on top of the cook time. There are a few recipes that I tried. Most only came out so-so.
