Review # 1 was written on 2017-01-03 00:00:00 Nick Meyer I made 2 things from this cookbook. The 1st was a Lime-Coconut icebox pie and I was pretty pleased with how it turned out. The 2nd was the Lemon Icebox Pie and it was a disappointment. I followed the instructions to the letter and yet the pie never did "set up" in the fridge. When I went to serve it, it was a slumping mess of lemon-flavored whipped cream. It was tasty, for whipped cream, but it was not my idea of a pie.
