Review # 1 was written on 2015-03-08 00:00:00 John Morris I keep coming back to my review in hopes to make it even better out of pure adoration for this book. I own around 40 books on cakes and cake decorating. Everything you need to know about cake decoration is covered in this concise text. The author Lindsay Kincaide, is clearly highly experienced (and talented!), unlike many other books where the author is a fad. If I had to pick only five books for cake decorating out of my flooding house I would not leave this one out. Also, I have yet to find an error in a recipe. Tried and true! Cannot speak (in any way!) poorly of this book!
