It made some interesting points behind diseases like Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but at the same time, it almost seemed to dismiss them by blaming gender and giving advice that sounded like a way to not exactly cure, but to reduce symptoms enough as to be able to live a more normal life. It was as if within the span of a chapter or two, it both legitimized and dismissed very real diseases.

Really interesting book going into the history of MS clinical trials. I also liked how it humanized scientists and showed that we're normal people!
