Review # 2 was written on 2017-12-20 00:00:00 Anthony Victoria A very dense book. I keep looking for his definition of utility, but I couldn't find a clear consistent theme. Maybe it's in there somewhere, but I won't go back and look. In the lack of a clear understanding of utility it therefore becomes unconvincing to build on that and see at how the cognitive restrictions and structural factors affect his, when we don't really know what the goal is and how this is created.
