Review # 2 was written on 2015-01-13 00:00:00 John Graham A good and concise read on forms of anxiety and how to overcome them. The book offers a short questionnaire to help identify particular areas of anxiety (e.g., perfectionism, fear of failure, etc.) and goes into how to address/reduce anxiety in those areas. It also goes over specific "coaching points" (i.e., exercises) to help the reader put ideas into practice, which I found useful. Also, it highlighted the differences between anxiety and stress which was very interesting as the ways to overcome anxiety vs. stress typically require opposite approaches.
