It provides us with information about how big certain types of sharks are, what they eat, and how they function. This book has many interesting facts that I think children will find very interesting and fun to learn about. This book uses imagery. I gave this book a 4 star rating because I thought that the illustrations were very well thought out. Each picture had a guide that resembled what the text was talking about. This would make it easier for a child to visually see what the book is about. I think that young male readers would be attracted to this book and its content. I also really enjoyed how the key words being used were highlighted and then there was a glossary at the end.
