Review # 1 was written on 2011-01-11 00:00:00 Daniel Brown Middle son picked the book out at the library. In general, I'm an unfan of Rugrats, but I thought theoretically "Book of Manners" might be OK. It wasn't. Middle son gave it a score of "zero!" The two-year old was actually physically covering up his ears as I read. Basically Angelica yells at everyone to have good manners while displaying atrocious manners.
