Review # 2 was written on 2012-06-09 00:00:00 Evangelos Makriniotis OK, I admit I totally got sucked into this book. I bought it as a birthday present for my mother, who is into wiccan/occult/new age stuff. I actually bought it as a *mistake*, thinking that Rosemary Altea is an author my mother likes, although she's never heard of her. Before I wrapped the book, I sort of flipped through the pages wondering, "What is this stupid thing about anyway?" Fast-forward six hours, and I was tired, achy, working on a sunburn, having sat on the front stoop of the house devouring the thing. What's it about? Think Dan Brown readability meets the 12 zodiac signs of the horoscope meets Jung's sixteen personality types meets some peony or pansies or whatever Victorian fairy flower Altea throws in by way of bad poetry for a structure, and you about have it. I don't believe a word the book says, but it should count for my book pledge at least. My mother liked it.
