Unlike other yoga books that lead you to believe it is about yoga with weights when it actually is 80% yoga and 20 % weights or it is a yoga pose book with a few weight exercises sprinkled at the end of the book done in regular standing position, this one actually blended yoga with weights together! They also did well by adding detail, pictures, talking about safety, and body awareness. |
