Review # 1 was written on 2019-01-07 00:00:00 Michael Stewart A must-read for anyone who has ever been "owned" by a basset hound! This book is comprised in large part of a variety of funny anecdotes from basset hound owners. For any reader with basset hound experience, these stories are both highly relatable and laugh-out-loud funny. For those without much basset experience, the reading also serves an educational purpose. This book should be required reading for anyone considering adopting/purchasing a basset hound; it certainly gives you an accurate glimpse into what it is like to share your life with these beautiful drool monsters :)

Review # 2 was written on 2012-08-22 00:00:00 David Morant Highly recommended, my 2nd favorite Basset Hound book. Written with a personal touch, you will enjoy not only learning about the Basset Hound, but funny stories by those that love them!
