Don't let the folksy tone fool you - Mr. Aslett has some real, hard-headed, down-to-earth advice in this book. AAnd the best part of it is that you don't need fancy tools or expensive seminars to follow it. In fact, according to Mr. Aslett, many of those are just so much wastes of valuable time. Mr. Aslett takes the tack that the one thing we all have is time, and that how you decide to use your time is what makes the difference between being a high- or low-producer. And his solutions are grounded in the same kind of common sense that most of us were taught by our parents (yeah, even mine had this kind of common sense, odd as that may sound to many of you). What I like best about Mr. Aslett's books are his thorough sense that if he can do "x", there is no good reason on earth that anyone else can't do it. This pretty much aligns with my belief that if I can do something, pretty much anyone else should be able to do it, too, since I figure I'm pretty average. I must add, too, that the more of his books I read, the more I want to read. I find them inspiring, and they get me fired up more solidly than many of the other books on organizing that I've started, but felt like I was plodding through. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to get more out of the time they have.

Cute book with some good advice. I gave it the score I did also because I am going to recommend that everyone who goes through Pocatello, Idaho be sure to stop in the the author's museum, The Museum of Clean! A tongue in cheek look at cleaning products and device's, I visited with friends and we had a ball! It's five floors of cleaning products and fun. We enjoyed it immensely and learned a few things about cleaning stuff and the history of cleaning stuff, too. Highly recommended!
