Review # 1 was written on 2007-07-13 00:00:00 Codey Urban A refreshing change from reading Deissmann's contemporaries. An interesting approach to studying Paul. Deissmann was a good writer and an interesting story teller. Surprisingly, Deissmann does not interact with lots of other scholarship; he relies mainly on the text of the NT. This book is another landmark study in Pauline studies. |
