I am currently completing my yoga teacher training therefore I thought this book would be an excellent compliment as I was interested in pilates history and the exercises. I felt the book was a nice primer in general for those interested in both. The pictures and modifications in the book are excellent. There is a section with visuals for the common postural issues which is beneficial for ones own assessment, and when showing students/others how to focus on their own posture. The book also includes yoga sequences, with pictures. |
