Review # 1 was written on 2013-11-19 00:00:00 Amy Dao Read this years ago at univeristy for my degree, Find it O.K, but there is a lot more better sources at today. But, for its time, Lang did a wonderful job in research and putting this book together.

Review # 2 was written on 2019-01-14 00:00:00 Edward Weisbein Unfortunately this volume is not a good resource in the study of mythology and religion. It is, however, an excellent window into a time when evolutionary theory was applied to the study of culture. The myths were interesting, but the methodology was difficult to wade through.
