This cookbook is fantastic. I could call it an ultimate cookbook...the only complaint that I have is that it is a little on the BIG side and it's too heavy...But it contains just about every recipe under the sun as well as techniques, descriptions and colorful pictures. There are rare produce introduced and described...AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a detailed but introductory cookbook. First published in the late 19th century, it has been continually updated and revised over the years to keep up with trends and tastes. And each recipe is "triple-tested" and are thus delicious, easy to make, and the instructions easy to follow. Do yourself a favor and check this book out - you are sure to find something wonderful to make! Check this book out from the Villa Park Pubic Library!
