Definitely useful and full of information that I never would have thought about, like who picks up the tab for the rehearsal dinner, and when to send invitations, and other fun detail logistics that I had no clue about. That being said, it felt really old fashioned and some of the stuff I was like...mmkay but do I really need to start a deep intense skincare regimen a month before the wedding?? But, ya know, I took lots of notes and it definitely will help me with my Maid of Honor-ing, so that's nice.

I picked this up when I was asked to be a bridesmaid for a friend. I ended up being the general factotum and de facto wedding planner (editing, printing, and cutting invitations for the 4th time for a 1:00 AM mailing was soo fun!) but this book still had good tips for me to stay organized and thoughtful.
