Review # 1 was written on 2011-01-03 00:00:00 Matthew Dempsey This is an outstanding analysis of the ITF patterns and a variety of possible applications of the techniques and combinations of techniques. Mr. Anslow does an outstanding job of not only breaking down the techniques themselves, but he tries to get into the history and possible the wherefore and why of each technique or series of techniques. If you are interested in the applications / bunkai / hae sul of any martial art, you should read this book. If you really understand your art, you will be able to apply what Mr. Anslow has put together to your art and further your understanding.
