That's saying a lot from a kid from Oklahoma whose dad didn't miss an OU/Texas football game...and taught you to never root for Texas. This cookbook changed my upbringing! I'm rooting for this Texas cookbook!

Review # 2 was written on 2017-10-19 00:00:00 Keith Wellman A nice combo of Texas bbq tour and cookbook with some history thrown in. Usually in a cookbook I like large color photos of the food and there really weren't any in this but instead lots of historical bbq photos which was kind of different and cool.
