Review # 1 was written on 2015-02-10 00:00:00 Oleg Didyk Every year I reread this play. Though it is not the most produced of Horton Foote's plays it is my favorite. 3 women sitting telling a single story. As in all of Mr. Foote's plays the story is simple. But you don't go to see a Foote play for the plot but the humanity. And The Carpetbagger's Children has that in spades.

Review # 2 was written on 2010-11-09 00:00:00 Sareta Davis Lady of Fadima is, I think, the best one act in this book. The writing is incredible and evokes a visceral reaction in the reader
