I'm not going to talk about your colon and how to clean it and all. -you can go read the book ;)- 'cause not only that it needs too much time and effort, but because it get ugly and disgusting. So,I'm just sharing with you some helpful info that I now know, and planing to do-or stop doing- on the next year insha'Allah. Okay, lets start then, -Your body have three cycles each and every day: what are they? **Elimination: starts at 4.am and ends at 12. what's happing in that cycle? you start the eviction, your body gets rid of toxins, protein, salts and acids.The best thing to do -to help your body- is to eat fresh fruit, and remember you should eat one kind of fruit -not to mix them in one meal- and the best thing for your body is to have fruit as breakfast(you can start adding slowly till you get used to it). **Energy: starts at non and end 4.pm. food processing and re-storing energy, what should you eat?fresh vegetables, and some carbohydrates. **Regeneration: starts 8.pm ends 4.am. It's your chance to heal the whole body and restore energy. *You should sleep well. If you don't your body loses the ability to regenerate your cell! *Drinking water is good to you. but rinking it while eating food leads to reduce digestive juices, and this slows down the digestion process. So try to drink water between meals only. *You should eat five meals a day, to help your metabolism -you don't have to eat big meal! a share of banana will be enough-. *Eat slowly chew your food until it becomes liquid, did you know that the Japanese chew their food from 25 to 40 timesā™„! *Do you have bad breath? There are some foods that would help, such as strawberries, green tea, kiwi, parsley and mint. And lots of water! *Replace your salt with Himalayan salt, or Celtic sea salt. *Something you need to be aware of: Manosodium glutamate this thing is used in restaurants to improve the taste. And it cause addiction to junk food! *Stop re-heating your food using microwave, especially heating drinks (tea, milk..ect). *Do you suffer from depression, attention deficit-hyperactivity -disorder, gain/loss weight, low self-esteem, fatigue, constipation, anxiety? Soft drinks are the one to blame. *Did you know? Your body -in the average-deals with 45k.g refined sugar, and 34k.g fructose-Rich Corn Syrup each year! Dentists now say the children's front teeth are totally free of Dentin! Because of drinking too much soft drinks. Kids at the age of 12-16 drink 640 liter of soft drinks a year! Soft drink companies gain $ 60 billion. One cola = 8 tablespoons of sugar! -And why is sugar so bad? If you eat this much sugar every day it'll gives you a High uric acid, and the calcium will leak from the bones and the teeth -in large quantities- to balance. This leads to an osteoarthritis. Caffeine. how does your coffee or cola works? it gives your brain a push, that preventing the adenosine to tell the brain to relaxes, and this makes you feel the "power "or "energy".. But the brain develops itself and in the future you'll need a larger quantities to feel the energy. so you should just stop drinking that and replace it with something better-and if you sleep well you wont need anything at all-. *The Air! (indoor air) The human-bing spend 90% of his lifetime inside the house, half the diseases caused by the indoor air, Indoor air is ten times dangerous than the outside!, children playing on the floor of the house is equivalent to exposure to 4 cigarettes! *Do you need all these drugs? sometimes your medicines can cause more harm than cure! 7000 deaths each year cause of illegal prescription, 20 million incorrect antibiotic will be described this year-and every year-. How to avoid that? You have to describe the symptoms to your doctor well, do not neglect anything .. Sometimes your chronic headache could be a cause of coffee and anxiety, or perhaps depression, or an imbalance in the neck vertebrae, or you may need to check your eyes. Try more than one doctor. *Your mental health have a lot of affect on your appetite and how your body treat the food and the digestive process.and you can try : The power of meditation. The power of Chiropractic. The power of exercise. The power of laughter. The power of change. The power of sleep. The power of nature and the sun. The power of love. The power of colors. Aromatherapy. Emotional freedom technique, Neurolinguistic programming. basically I liked the book and ready to try it for real very soon insha'Allah.

This book contains some good information about colon cleanses and why they can be beneficial no matter what your state of health or what disease you have. The book does a good job in explaining why avoiding toxic cleaning and personal care products is so important for health and provides a handy chart showing how many toxic things we may be exposed to each day. A 6 day fruit-only cleanse is recommended as is eating a fruit only breakfast after a cleanse and meat only once a week. The author has a bias towards a high-carb and low-fat mostly vegetarian diet which will not work at all well for many of us. Nor will a diet high in grains and dairy foods as the book recommends also. The book contains very little information about food allergies and intolerances which is a huge omission in a book about toxin avoidance and lowering the total load of the body. The author favours colon hydrotherapy over enemas and says that they are far superior. The book contains lots of information about what healthy stools should be like. Information is given on abdominal massage but I found the text on it hard to decipher as it was quite faint. I'm also not sure how anyone manages to massage their abdomen for half an hour (as recommended) to be honest either, about 3 or 4 minutes seems like ages to me. But any amount is still helpful, I guess, and you can only do what you can. This book contains some good information about colon cleanses. But as a book about treating illness generally it leaves an enormous amount out and isn't suitable as a primary resource for healing from serious disease. Supplements are barely even mentioned, nor is the use of FIR saunas and the diet information given is quite poor. Despite what is popular at the moment we need far more than just lots of fruit and vegetables to have all we need to detoxify properly. Nutritional deficiencies are just as big a cause of disease as a high toxic load and omitting good information on supplementation is vital when discussing disease treatment. Nutrients are lost from the body every time a toxic compound is detoxified and these must be replaced. This book is okay and parts of it are good but there are far better books than this out there that are far more comprehensive and better researched.
