Review # 2 was written on 2009-06-16 00:00:00 Christopher Gilbertson Dealing with this problem in person, honestly, this book wasn't useful at all. It didn't give me the tools I need to deal with someone who is toxic in my current work environment. As their BOSS I can't fix it. . . . ah well. Maybe one day I will find a good book on the subject, or a bigger book to drop on her head and knock out the one remaining brain cell!
