Review # 1 was written on 2020-08-30 00:00:00 Marti Austin Many of the questions posed in the book are going to be questions Id like to use in future interviews. The green light/red light responses to look out for were helpful in understanding what information you can glean from certain questions. My biggest issue with the book was it was a little outdated (2006 release) and the author seemed a little pretentious (but still provided very good insights, overall) If I was reading this again for the first time Id speed read through the promoted questions only and skip the explanations. |
Review # 2 was written on 2020-03-06 00:00:00 David Ruch It's a good book to get more ideas on how to ask the right questions for the different types of roles we, as recruiters, have to deal with everyday. |
