Review # 1 was written on 2015-04-12 00:00:00 Tina Jones Relatively old but interesting analysis and representation of the trend in student aid policy in the United States. It would have been a greater book if one chapter was devoted to comparing the policies in the US to other countries. I also wish the historical trends would go back to the beginning of the century or at least to 1950s.
