Review # 1 was written on 2012-05-23 00:00:00 Carl Monkman This is officially the first e-book that I've read all the way through. I did not enjoy the experience, but the cheapskate in me prevailed and I elected to read the free e-version rather than purchase the textbook. However, my low rating is not based on that fact. This book is outdated, that's all there is to it. Some of the links provided as resources in the book are broken, which unfortunately lessens the book's authority. Overall though, it was helpful and I did use many of the resources mentioned.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-07-09 00:00:00 Becky Ivko Outdated. Surprised it was a required reading for my library school course.
