Review # 1 was written on 2014-04-23 00:00:00 Michel Veillette The definitive history of Dublin between the Famine and independence. Some of the chapters are not as structured as they could be, but that cannot take away from the amazing detailed underlying research.

Review # 2 was written on 2008-08-26 00:00:00 Jason Lynch Very interesting, darkly comic take on living in Sarajevo during the siege. Really makes clear the suffering of the population, as well as the impotence of the international community's attempts to aid Sarajevo's residents.
